My husband and I take our Maple to Julie every 5-6 weeks for grooming and I absolutely LOVE the experience each and every time. Julie and the entire staff at Chaar (airport road) are accommodating and so kind to us. We love giving them our business for grooming, food, treats and all of our puppy needs. Also, my husband loves buying his work clothes here which is a huge bonus. We are so grateful to have Julie and Chaar to care for our puppy Girly! 🤍🐾

I can't say enough about Julie, my groomer. She's not only so sweet but she does exactly what you ask her to do and my dog Ziggy looks absolutely amazing when I pick him up. Most of all Ziggy loves her!!!

Was in tonight around 4:30ish to purchase a pair of western boots for my future hubby.There were two young, very friendly ladies who approached us immediately. They tried to fit Andy, but said they didn't have his size. A young man (Maybe the Manager?) came over and began talking with us. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful about boots in general and recommended the Lorado boot for his needs. He took the ladies upstairs and wanted to show them something and I was extremely impressed he did that! They brought several boxes with them. He measured Andy (aka Bigfoot) and presented him with several boots to try. He also suggested leaving them there to be stretched (for free) as he's got such a high arch and had quite difficulty getting in them. Customer care is this gentleman's #1 priority and we walked away so happy we chose Chaar. Ironically we live a stones throw from your Mill Creek store but that's pet only. Another shout out to my groomer Jesse who does a fantastic job with my fur babies there ❤️

Ben went above and beyond helping my husband find the perfect pair of work boots. He took the time to understand what he needed for both comfort and style, and even recommended fitted inserts to make sure the boots were as comfortable as possible. His knowledge, patience, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience enjoyable. Staff is very friendly & helpful. They carry a nice selection of boots. I was particularly looking for cowboy boots and happened to be visiting while they had a sale on boots. Very happy with my purchase and would visit this location again!
